SMS Messaging Terms

Registered Use Case: 2FA / Account Verification. This program sends one message type only — a one-time passcode. If you later add other message types (call invites, billing alerts, etc.), update this page and re-register the campaign with Twilio before sending them — a campaign approved for 2FA cannot legitimately carry other traffic.

Program description

Sovereign Video ("the Program") sends a single type of SMS message: a one-time passcode (OTP) used to verify your phone number when you create an account or sign in. This is a strictly transactional, single-purpose program — no marketing or promotional messages are sent under it.

How you opt in

You opt in by entering your phone number in the Sovereign Video app and requesting a verification code. Requesting the code is the opt-in action — by doing so, you consent to receive that one OTP message at the number you entered. There is no separate marketing opt-in tied to this program.

Sovereign Video: Your verification code is 482913. Msg&data rates may apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.

Message frequency

One message per verification attempt — sent only when you request a code at signup or login. You will not receive a message unless you've just taken that action. No recurring or scheduled messages are sent.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier plan. Sovereign Video does not charge you for these messages.

Opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving SMS from Sovereign Video. You may receive one final confirmation message. Opting out of verification codes may limit your ability to sign in or use certain account features that rely on SMS verification.

Carriers

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Supported carriers include most major U.S. mobile carriers; coverage may vary.
