Agreement

Eligibility

Your account

You're responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device and phone number access secure. Let us know right away if you suspect unauthorized use.

Plans, minutes, and billing

• Free — 40 minutes per month at 720p, supported by a single ad shown after each call.
• Base — $3.99/month for 60 minutes per month at 720p, ad-free.
• Pro — $9.99/month for a single pool of 540 minutes, usable at 720p or 1080p; higher resolution draws down the pool faster.

Paid plans renew automatically each billing period until cancelled. Minute balances are tracked and enforced by our servers, not by the app itself, and unused minutes do not carry over unless we state otherwise in-app. You can cancel anytime through your app store account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Sovereign Video for unlawful, harassing, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to intercept, decrypt, or reconstruct another user's contact data.
• Reverse engineer, tamper with, or bypass billing or minute enforcement.
• Use the service to send unsolicited messages or spam.

Advertising

Free tier accounts may see a single advertisement after a call ends. Base and Pro accounts are never shown ads.

Intellectual property

Sovereign Video, its design, and its underlying technology belong to [LEGAL BUSINESS NAME]. These Terms don't grant you rights to our trademarks, source code, or branding beyond what's needed to use the app as intended.

Disclaimers

Sovereign Video is provided "as is." We work to keep calls reliable, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service, and we're not liable for third-party carrier or network issues outside our control.

Limitation of liability

Termination
